We will be in Caye Caulker for 7 days in just over a week. We have done some dives with Bert at Scuba Sensation and plan to use him for a night dive. We haven't been to any of the places that are further out from Caye Caulker and Bert doesn't go to places like the Blue Hole.

Who else is a good dive operation and where should we go? Should we go to the Blue Hole or is there another favorite we should try first?

I like Belize Diving Services. Never been to the blue hole, but the reef off of AC is gorgeous!

Belize Dive Services is the Best. I would go to Turneff first, my favorite. They do 3 dives, 2 are wall dives and its great. You get more bang for your bucks. Then do the Blue Hole.Finding calm days are rare this time of year and the blue gets rough so decide on your prorities as if you plan for two dives in one week others may be cancelled. Everyone wants to and should do the Blue Hole so do to winter waters you may want to make that a priority,

Turneff has some really good diving with things you do not see here along the reef or at Lighthouse Atoll. One of my best dives was on the north end of Turneff before one of the hurricanes did some big damage. Can anyone report on whether it has recovered or not?

This weather makes the trip out to the Blue Hole unpleasant.

Thank you for the feedback! Looks like it is Belize Diving Services as I found their website. We will check them out and see what they have going on the week we are there!

I am talking of Belize Diving Services operated by Chip Peterson. They are located on the west side of the island behind the football field. The boats and equipment are new and well maintained. Dives are organized and not overcrowded. A professional operation!

Today would have been a perfect day to go to The Blue Hole, no wind calm seas....any dive tour from Caye Caulker is about 30% cheaper than San Pedro.
