Belize NMS: Approaching cold front will produce some showers.

24-hour forecast: Sunny with cloudy periods today and cloudy at times tonight; a few showers and isolated thunderstorms will occur mainly inland this afternoon and evening.
Winds: West to northwest at 5-15 knots.
Marine Forecast: Today: Winds: W/NW 5-15 kt.; seas: Slight to light chop; waves: 1-3 ft.;isolated showers. Outlook: (Wednesday night):- E/NE: N/NW 5-15kt; seas: Light chop to choppy; waves: 1-3 ft.; a few showers.

elbert	On Ambergris Caye this morning the wind has stopped and the day looks like it will be clear and hot with an expected high of 87. It will take the sea state a few hours to calm from our week of strong wind and even though the wind stopped we still have heavy surge and diveboats going outside the reefs protection this morning should be cautious.
