From Belmopan...
High cloud streaming up from the south, from a storm area in the same place as that last Hurricane Otto, and the Caribbean winds coming down from the NNE, resulting in scattered rain all along Belize, presently mainly out at sea. Cold front activity still too far to the north to have much effect on our weather.
Looks like today will be largely cloudy, with the odd period of sun from time to time in some places, after the fog clears, but significant chance of rain showers, a few could be heavy in any part of Belize this afternoon.
