Nest of Red-rump Brachypelma vagans spiders
A couple of days ago I had baby spiderlings on my office desk. Now I have a nest of Red-rump Brachypelma vagans under the cement of the staircase foundation. The mother has been living there for a few years already, and apparently she has become a mother! Hundreds of small spiderlings at the opening of her burrow. These ones are much darker than the ones I had on my desk earlier but about the same size (1cm). In the morning, there was no trace of them anymore. Didn't see momma either.
