Ariel's Water Taxi in San Pedro, 1995
Who remembers calling for Ariel Trejo? I do...had to go yell at his upstairs window... He was the best! Took many a boat trip with him, ran to and from Capricorn also. Up di coast after-hours to go get some. He just retired in 2018. He ran this boat long before 1995.
Timothy Budd: I bought my first boat motor off him.
Mel Berry: I recall knocking his door at 2/3 am
Paul Vidrine: I used to have to go knock on his house at like 3am to bring me up north. Me being a dumb gringo was in shoes. That boat wasn’t parked on a pier.
Stephen Kelley: God bless him for taking my father fishing with a hand line. My dad had a great time, it is one of his best memories.
