Ambergris Caye: Conditions this morning by Elbert just before or after this post!
Belize NMS: Moist and unstable conditions affect the forecast area.
Advisories: None.
24-hour forecast: Cloudy with a few showers, thunderstorms and periods of rain most areas.
Winds: North - northeast 5-15 knots. Marine Forecast: Today: Winds: N/NW becoming N/NE 5-15 kt.; Seas: Light chop; Waves: 1-3 ft.;a few showers, thunderstorms and periods of rain. Outlook: Thursday night:- Winds: E/NE 5-15 kts.; Seas: Light chop - choppy; Waves: 2-4 ft.; a few showers and isolated thunderstorms.

Outlook: Thursday: Cloudy spells with a few showers and periods of rain most areas.

Tropical Weather Outlook: A tropical depression seems to be forming about 1000mls West of the Cape Verde Islands. this system has a high chance (90%) of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hrs as it moves NW at 10 to 15mph.

ScubaLdy	Hey Jess - Are you from the Pacific Northwest where, when it rains, it rains all day? I too love this thread and bless Elbert for his dedication to it. One of the things I like about living here is that it NEVER rains all day. You can see the storm coming and judge whether or not you have time to make it home before the storm or if you need to hunker down for the half hour or so that it will take to pass. If caught on the cart path I simply look for a big Almond or Coconut Palm tree to park under and enjoy the show. Even if I get wet it seldom is cold and I dry off in less than a half an hour. jess206 J	yay!!! Thanks. That is comforting to hear. I am from the Pacific Northwest, but moved to Cali to get away from the rain Sooooooo excited to be in Belize this weekend! Thanks again for the insight. I've been so worried about this. Jess
