General Situation:
Belize NMS: A weak cold front near northern Belize will dissipate tonight. Generally fair weather expected after mid-week.
Advisories: None.
24-hour forecast: Cloudy today with a few showers or periods of light rain over most areas. Cloudy at times tonight with a few showers and isolated thuderstorms mainly inland at first, then over northern and some coastal areas later. Mostly cloudy tomorrow with a few showers over most areas.
Winds: Variable 5-10 knots at first, becoming northeast 5-15 knots this afternoon.
Marine Forecast:
Today: Winds: NW 5-10 kts becmg ne 5-15kts; seas: Light chop - choppy; waves: 2-3 ft; a few showers or periods of light rain.
Tomorrow: Winds: E-NE 5-15 kts; seas: Choppy; waves: 3-4 ft; a few showers mainly south, decreasing.
Marine Outlook: (Wednesday night) similar winds and seas as tomorrow, but with only isolated showers.

General Outlook: (Wed & Wed night) Cloudy spells with a few showers mainly over the south in the morning, with showers becoming isolated in the afternoon and night.
Tropical Weather Outlook: Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 48 hours in the North Atlantic, the Caribbean Sea or Gulf of Mexico.

Caribbean Forecast: Aa slow moving frontal system will generate showers and thunderstorms across Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Jamaica, Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.

OP Marty	From Belmopan... Continual light rain last night added up to 23mm ( 1" ) of rain, very good for the ground and plants. There is still rain around, mainly in the mountains and off shore. This has been caused by a continuing battle between the cool bubble and the Caribbean easterly air, pushing some up high enough for the high level WNW are to interreact and result in flare-ups all along the coast of the Yucatan and Belize. Looks as if this low cloud and fog may be around for a while, light rain drizzle can continue for some time, but as it thins, will probably see some sun occasionally later. Today is probably going to be Similar, to yesterday : Mon, max. 33°C 92°F Last night min. 24°C 75°F ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler )
