sorry for the absence of emails last week, I (Anna) was lucky enough to be asked to escort a yoga retreat (I said escort, not teach!) up in Cayo (Black Rock Lodge) for four days, and three days at Thatch Caye 9 miles east of Dangriga.... Gunter held the fort here in San Pedro but didn't get time to do all the computer stuff and cook at the same time, so here is today's special. We hope to see you soon!
