BONEFISH (Macabi): Beautiful weather this week yielded lots of bonefish. The water temperature is going up, so the larger bonefish (five pounders) have headed into deeper water, but there is plenty of bonefish around. Dan, a beginner, managed to land twelve bonefish during his one day of fishing with Captain Michael while the other anglers had great days as well.

PERMIT (Palometta): Several permit landed this week with one of those completing a Grand Slam on the fly. Lots of permit seen on the flats and the permit chasers are getting multiple shots. Tony, Craig, Tom, Cindy, and Dominic all landed permit this week. Great jobs guys and girls!

TARPON (Sabalo): So many tarpon around right now. One angler reported seeing close to sixty tarpon during a day on the flats. Dominic and Alex both landed nice size tarpon. Dominic's tarpon was estimated by the guide to be over 80lbs. Come on down and get into the tarpon game!!

OTHER SPECIES: Queen Trigger, snook, Mutton Snapper, jacks, and barracuda.

GRAND SLAM: Congratulations to Alex D. on his GRAND SLAM.
