My personal Belize fishing report is that on Tuesday,1/21, I went out for a day on the flats with the highly esteemed guide, Abbie Marin, of Go Fish Belize. It was my first time out for bonefish, and really my first serious salt water fly fishing experience. We caught half a dozen smaller bones in the morning, just to learn the ropes and warm up.

With Abbie's talent for finding the horses, gleaned from 20+ years of experience fishing the flats, and his "A" coaching, I am very proud to say that later in the day, I landed a 24", 5+ lb, bone, then quickly followed that up with a pair of sizable, line stripping bones in the 4 lb range.
