Weather Conditions: Partly Cloudy to Sunny.

Winds: East, 5-10 mph.

Air Temperature: High and low in the low 80's.

Moonphase: Waning Crescent.

WHAT GUESTS WERE CATCHING:

BONEFISH (Macabi): Very good week for numbers of Bonefish on the fly.

PERMIT (Palometta): Several nice size Permit were landed on the fly.

TARPON (Sabalo): Light winds and clear water gave opportunities for resident Tarpon on the flats.

OTHER SPECIES: Snapper, Jacks and Barracuda.

GRAND SLAM: Mike F. with Capt. Emir.

FLIES THAT WORKED

FOR BONEFISH - Christmas Island Specials in orange, pearl and pink sizes 6 & 8.

FOR PERMIT - Spawning Shrimp, Tan Crabs in size 6 & 8.

FOR TARPON - White or Chartreuse Tarpon Toads.

This Week's Summary:

The average and upper size of Bonefish continues to increase as a result of catch and release only regulations implemented 10 years ago by the Government of Belize.
